M1 on presario 17xl366 drivers ISSUES vid mem

Hi see if you can help me out in here guys, I got tihs presario 17xl366 with intel 440bx chipset, and Ati m1 8mb card, is there any chance of swapping vidcard to another one or increaising vidcard memory at all (or making it share ram memory ? any software hack ? ) .
I just leeched most of BIgZ EXCELLENT drivers they work pretty fine, how about cat 3.6's ? or modtool ?. but when I enable Dual head, I mean dual view , it hogs cpu whenever I move any windows.. increase cpu usage a lot.. is that normal , by the way is there any chance of tweaking optimizing 440bx chipset I leeched agpinfo up to now that I know of the only appie that may optimize registers.. but I couldn't make it work under winxp (got Eprivilage error) .
Increasing clock rate of core will actually increase performance or something ? using powerstrip ? rage3d tweak ? Tried running ati tray tools but it quits.. if you know anyone having a similar lappie like me 17xl series with m1 let me know I'd love to know if I can switch my vidcard module on my laptop or at least buy it I opened it lot's of times..

No. No. I don't know, but probably not.
how is it going to help you, even if you could increase the performace by 100%?

Try other driver to solve your high CPU usage.
I have almost every driver available at my site for the Rage Pro.
Overclocking will net you no real gains on this card.

and considering the gfx chip is nearly gerenteed to be soddered on, and that preticular intel set has no igp, and the hard design of most laptop boards, there are minimal things you can do... for instance find the best driver for your preticular system... optomise the rest of your system... and thats realy it...
