Lenovo PCs ship with man-in-the-middle adware

awesome! I read about this earlier and found it amusing, only the other day I send Lenovo were a good company for laptops!

I've always cleaned installed a new laptop regardless, but now I shall make sure I always do still!

Indeed! Prebuilts should come with the OS activated and updated, drivers installed and that's it. And maybe MS Office, but that's it! No extra crap, no 90 day trails of McAfee or Norton, stupid apps, etc.

I say the same thing about Lenovo's laptops, but now I'm not sure I can say that anymore knowing this.
 
I cancelled my Lenovo order mid December, and glad I did now, just out of principal. I always clean install with any new laptop anyway.
