JKII: Doom Comm, please help me

I figure I'm pretty close to the final showdown, however I'm stuck.

I'm in Desanns ship and I went down one level from the bridge. Killed all the men, got the security key, pushed the big button.
Went down another level, killed the gaurd, got the key.

But now I'm at a full stop.
I can tell that there's a small droid that I'm suppose to control behind a small door.
But there's n control panels or anything.
Just three locked doors. :(

please help

I've posted this same question in numerous forums around the net

I know some of you guys already finished the game, so please let me know!
 
Check your pm, i think i sent you the right portion of a walk through.

Some guy i met at gamespy named groovy gave me a walkthrough when i got to silly to pick up the key in level 2 off the dead soldier.

No props to the author since i erase the guide as i get further in the game.

Thanks mate, but that guide was to a later part of the game, probably just after where I am right now.
If you still have it please e-mail me the whole thing. :)
 
i know exactly where you are...go into either door on the left or right ad go up into the vent...there is a grate you can hack off and go into...then follow those shafts and you'll come to a part where you can jump down and you'll be in the room behind the door at the end of that hall. there is a control panel in there, use it to control one of the R2 units...i'm sure you can get it from there
