I can find wifi/bluetooth combo usb adapters, but none of them have an antennae which is what I'm looking for. I can find wif/bluetooth adapter PCI cards with antennae, but I'm looking for a USB version if any exist. I can find Wifi usb adapters with the antennae, so why not a combo with one?
Is there such a thing as a USB Wifi-Bluetooth adapter WITH antennae?

Don't all ax-and-newer wifi chips include Bluetooth? It's needed for channel switching.
