Well, good or bad would depend on what bus speed and timings you're running the memory at 
If you've got it running at CAS2, Turbo, 4-Way Interleave and have no stability problems, then great. Keep what you've got. If you've got to take serious steps down from that to get stability, and you really want your memory settings tweaked to the max, then you ought to consider purchasing new RAM. It's all a matter of what you want and whether it's worth your money to get it.
