How to view a phone video on a newer TV?

So my new tv is connected to my network via wifi.

How do I or what do I look for to play my phone(android blackberry) video on my tv?

Selecting 'cast' on my phone show nothing connected?!
 
Typically, the the TV needs to support one of the casting standards for it to work; or you use something directly connected to the TV that does. For example, I have Google Fiber so my Fiber Box supports Chromecast. It's directly connected to my TV so I can stream to by TV but it's via the Fiber box.

Does the TV have a USB port?
