K karayan New member Oct 20, 2015 #1 I renamed a pst file on our server. I didn't make sure that Outlook was closed. I went to rename the pst and it corrupted the file. How can I get this to read as a .pst file again.

G GTwannabe New member Oct 22, 2015 #4 ScanPST. PST files get flaky when they grow over 2GB. After fixing, compact and repair.
J jayZ New member Oct 29, 2015 #5 use SCANPST.exe, the backup PST files cannot be renamed, or Outlook will say cannot find it.
