How good are voice personal assistants?

Like I need another woman in my life either blabbing to me or telling me what to do

i pretty much only use it when

1. i remember i actually set the ok google thing up so it works on any screen
2. i don't care if people around me hear what i'm searching for

i don't use it for anything but the occasional google search... i used to use it for song identification since it worked quicker than soundhound or shazam but last time i tried it said it can't do that yet (even though it worked before)

I've said that for years about voice navigation. I was always annoyed having a woman nag me to my destination.

Aside from that I did like OK google for texting while driving it was accurate enough. Tried that once with my current iphone. Its how I found out "siri, go #### yourself" turns her off. Insanely frustrating.

Just looking for opinions and examples of good and bad aspects of the current landscape regarding voice personal assistants. You know Cortana, Echo, Now, Siri, etc

How often do you use them? Every day
Are they awesome or frustrating? Awesome
Are they near flawless? When will they be? Ever? No, and who can answer that?
What are they lacking?Don't really know. Making it so you don't need to remember exact phrases I guess
What do you use them for the most?Conversions, translations, setting timers, settings reminders, controlling my lights, factual lookups, movie times, weather, summaries of my day, calorie lookups

I use Google Assistant constantly.
