Help finding Pre-Designed Web Templates..

Hi !

I cant remeber where I saw the link (maybe it was here) but someone posted a link to a really good site that had a load of GPL / Free web designs that people could download and customize.

I'll be honest with you - my HTML skills suck, but I have mastered the art of hacking and chopping other peoples creations up - so if anyone has any links to such sites PLEASE post em here, cause I wanna revamp my home page
