Angry Joe does manscape, wallets and gfuel drinks while he reviews games. I think theres ways of doing this that avoids conflicts of interests.

I still remember his completely unhinged rant about gaming being sexists, white supremacist and whatever the fuck came out of his mouth. He's a 100% fucking clown.
 
It's not exactly hard to avoid conflicts of interests. However how LMG handled it... was to basically yet again not handle it and yet again inflict an easily avoided wound. It's shocking that it took this long for shit to hit the fan. Especially on the conflicts of interest with with Noctua and Framework, which are such insanely blatantly going to be conflicts that it isn't even funny.

LOL ya but its just an example he's making bank not being in a outright conflict of interest in his sponsorships. I could see pc hardware reviewers being sponsored by pc games instead of the hardware they review and vice versa for games reviewers.

lol fair, but he's in Canada. And instead of the story just playing out among us nerds, YouTube drama channels and couple internet sites... it's now getting coverage by our national news corp, CBC.

It will probably start to ramp down though. As honestly... while it's a big deal, addressing it wasn't rocket science and the new CEO seems to be properly reining everyone in.

Nothing happens in Canada. Any news we get up here becomes news everyone knows about. The real concerning news comes from our incompetent governments (all levels) but those are usually worrying news and they want everyone to think things are rosy and fine and not how fucked we are (economically and financially). So we get all this random news that becomes big news distractions.
 
Haha, my son is going to Canada day after tomorrow so he will also know what slow news feels like.

Vancouver is ok, just smokey outside as the smoke is blown our way. But the Okanagan is currently under an evacuation alert.
