Gigabyte GV-AG32S

problem is this..i bought a new mobo Asrock K7NF2-RAID http://www.asrock.com/product/product_K7NF2-RAID.htm and i have Gigabyte GV-AG32S agp card (ATi RAGE 128 Pro) and i am not sure does it work with my new mobo? i heard that there may be some problems getting it work with new mobos..sorry for my bad english any help is welcome..
