Going on now for 8th year! I hope it has helped you as it helped me keeping my backlogs in check while enjoying my games.

Not every month someone will be finishing a lot, as there are months where a person just can't finish anything. Then you got that streak going in another month.

Also, if you plan to replay the game, it is fine but don't repeat it at a later month as first completion is what counts.

Another thing is the criteria of what is considered completed in unclear games such as team based multiplayer games; I would say set a target for that. E.g. I considered Overwatch completed when I reached level 100. Or when I finished story mode (which was a long movie sequence) in Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator. You decide what you consider is completed as long as it is reasonable to a certain extend and correlate-able to a single player experience.

DLC completed at a separate time from the main game and has enough content (+1 hour) can be counted as a separate completion.
Console completions can be accepted as long as the main focus is still PC overall.

Completed Games:
765-Final Fantasy XVI: Complete Edition
766-Silent Hill 2 (2024)
767-Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
768-Alone in the Dark (2024)
769-Alan Wake 2: Lake House Expansion

Sorry for the delay. Was a good month with good sizable games:

765-Final Fantasy XVI: Complete Edition: Great game filled with boring sections. Still worth it and especially great DLCs.
766-Silent Hill 2 (2024): A great remake that doesn't overwrite the original but has it's own charm.
767-Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: Best CoD since WM2 Remake. Loving all parts; SP, MP and Zombies. Addicted to it.
768-Alone in the Dark (2024): I hated this. Glad I finished one playthrough.
769-Alan Wake 2: Lake House Expansion: A low point.

Eight games;
Shotgun King - Simple strategy games.
Beyond A Steel Sky - Sequel to and old point and click. Decent enough. Story and writing a bit better than the norm for this kind of thing.
Table of Tales - Simple RPG lite. Worked well in VR.
Isoland 3 and Dad's Monster House - Two adventure games from the same studio.
Boat Crew - Arcade strategy. Not all it should have been. Despite spending over 20hrs beating it I had pretty much seen it all after about 5hrs.
Ynglet - Strange platform type game.
Tron Identity - Narrative game with a rather weak story.

10 games:

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia
Contra
Super C
Contra 3
Super Probotector
Contra Hard Corps
Super Castlevania IV
Dragon Age Inquisition
The Trespasser DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition

7 in October

Five Hearts Under One Roof, Severed Steel, Knowledge or know Lady, Silent Hill 2, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, Half Billion: Love Choice, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

A massive 18 for me (had time off).
Decided to go through my Humble Trove archive now that I cancelled my sub.

Zodiac XX (the original) - OK Submarine (flight) game. Not sure it deserved a sequel.

YojimBrawl - good enough side scroll fighter

A Short Hike - walking slice of life sim. Kind fun but limited graphics

Balconing Simulator 2020 - a fun suicide by jumping off the balcony simulator ... well that's how I played the game.

Before I Forget - a dementia sim? Seems fine but not my cup of tea.

Bomber Crew - Stupidly fun little game

2000 to 1: A Space Felony - fun adventure game

after HOURS - Weird FMV game

Arrog - A strange puzzle / point and click - not really for me.

140 - An adequate platformer. OK, I guess.

Alt254 - fun pixel adventure game. Worth it on sale.

Booth - Weird mystery adventure game

Bionic Dues - Mechs, Turn based, Strategy - right up my alley. Really enjoyed this game.

Drawkanoid - Fun knock a block game with an interesting pong like mechanic. Fun in small amounts.

Syzgy - Weird little puzzle game. Bit of a pass for me.

The Corridor - Why, just why? Not sure how this is rated so good on Steam.

The Flame in the Flood - a survival adventure game. Glad I got it on the Humble Trove as, while fun, it's not worth what Steam wants not on sale.

SOMA - Fun Horror game in the likes of Resident Evil. Glad I got it free as Steam has this 10 year old game way over priced.

Two.

Terror of Hemasaurus - Good homage to Rampage style gameplay. Probably the most violent game I've ever played as well. Still working on 100%ing the achievements but the campaign was fun.

Kingdom Come: Theresa DLC. Probably never going to finish the main game but I did accidentally start this DLC and completed it.

If you hate round avatars Craw, just get Stylus on firefox and use this:

No one should be forced into a circle shape when images are rectangular by design. I give no fucks about my 1st person experience. But that might help the world otherwise, so thank you.
