Hi, new here but looks like very informative forum!

My question: I have a sapphire ati hd3870 toxic. Also have a 22in monitor and a 42in 1080p pavv. My problem is when I set up the tv as a second monitor/clone it's not using the entire screen there's a 1 in border all the way around the picture. What dod I need to do in the catalyst control center to make it FULL size/100% percent use of my 42in pavv screen?
 
My 22'' doesn't have that resolution. Anyhow seemed to have fixed the problem in the custom by adding the 1920x1080p res to the list for the 2nd monitor...42"pavv. Now it's full screen (actually a smidge over full screen) and running full HD 1080p res.
