Full screen of a portion on the 2nd Monitor

Hello,
I have 2 monitors connected to my HD4850. I need to see a portion of my first monitor on the second monitor, in fullscreen mode. It's a video...so I already tried the Theatre mode, but it really didn't work at all ...maybe caused by Vista problems...

So...have you some solution for this problem? Hasn't the Theatre/Vista problem been solved?

Theater mode uses the overlay to show video fullscreen, so the playback software and settings you use need to use the overlay, I beleve Windows media player in Vista don't use the overlay so it won't work.

Or you can try this software Magical Glass it's a "screen magnifier" but it uses the overlay so combined with Theater mode you can show any portion of the screen fullscreen on the other monitor.
