FrameRate in Flight Sim 2002

Does anyone know how to get the frame rate while running Flight Sim 2002?

I have FS2000 Professional. But it's probably the same.

SHIFT+Z once for on-screen global position, altitude and airspeed. SHIFT+Z again will give you frame rate.
