Feedback on some used HT equipment?

So we're buying a new home. The seller, a lady in her 70s, asked if we're interested in buyer her HT stuff, as she's downsizing. Both TVs are currently wall mounted (large in living room, small in kitchen) and the speakers are mounted as well (though wires aren't hidden, so I'd be doing that at some point). She's asking $1500 for everything, which I think is pretty steep. Anyway, here's the gear, and it all appears to be in excellent condition.

Receiver: Pioneer Elite VSX-45

Probably circa-2004. Not sure what they cost new, but can probably be had for $100 used if one were interested. I already have a couple of nice receivers, so not really in the market.​

Speakers: Bose Acoustimass 10 Series IV

Not sure of age, but you can still buy these new for ~$450. I have better HT equipment, so would probably use these elsewhere in the house but, again, not particularly in the market.​

Living Room TV: Pioneer Elite Pro-150FD

$7500 list in 2008. Apparently quite the screen, and found some posts at AVS from 2015 where they were bragging about getting one of these for $750 - $1000. Still, 1080P is pretty light compared to what you can get these days, and its a 10yr old screen by now. Haven't check hours, but guess its pretty light.​

Kitchen: Visio 32" (not sure model, but these can be had new for ~$150)

Be nice to have a screen in the kitchen.​

So, thoughts? I can always make her an offer on any or part.
 
Personally, I wouldn't bother unless you have family or friends that you know could use the equipment.
 
You could make a lowball offer with the justification that it's all pretty old stuff. If she doesn't bite then don't take it. Definitely not worth what she's asking and you probably don't want to be hanging on to old equipment that you can't sell for a decent amount to recoup your investment.
 
I might buy that receiver for $100, but everything else is stuff that you find on the free section of craigslist. The Kuro was cool, but has been far surpassed by OLED.
 
I actually had that receiver. It eventually crapped out on me, but it was good while it worked.

What would you consider a "reasonable" low-ball offer?
