Drivers!?

I have a very old ibm aptiva with a pentium 2 and windows 2000.

Recently my hard drive went kapoot loosing me alot of important stuff!

Now, my problem. I have a ATI Rage Pro AGP 2x chip on my motherboard that i am missing drivers for that i need to play open gl games. I have downloaded many many different drivers but none of them work and give me the error that i do not have the correct hardware/sorftware!

Could anyone direct toward what i need? any help would be much appreciated. ~FixXon~[/font]
 
Two things to try here.

1.) Official Windows 2000 driver for Rage 128 series.

Windows 2000 Display Driver build 5.13.01.3279

2.) Go to IBM website and search for your Aptiva Model and download the latest drivers they have.

Since this is an OEM version of the ATI chipset you may have a lot of problems getting what you are looking for.

The motherboard and Rage chipset used are very old now.

Maybe a good time to upgrade.

thank you for your reply, unfortunatly none of your suggestions worked (model isn't listed on site any more) :cry: looks like i will be upgrading. Any suggestions for sumone on a low buget? cheers, |PhyX|
