different crash on startup: the specified module could not be found

After the install, windows boot and then I see this:

RUNDLL
Error Loading C:\Progra~1\ATI
The Specified Module Could Not Be Found

Any ideas?
 
I have the same problem and am still trying to work it out. Best I can tell, it is somehow connected to a failed start of the x10 Device Networks service. It claims the file x10nets.exe is missing but the ATI tech guy had no clue about the file and when I installed the remote on my roommate's computer the file was nowhere to be found ( though the remote worked)

Any ideas??

so on attempt #10 it finally installed! it worked... until i rebooted. then the remote wonder was replaced by "unknown device" in device manager. now i'm in the exact same situation, module not found :(

i had done a regclean, but that doesn't find all the remote wonder entries. I did a find, and removed all references to remote wonder. then installed 1.1, then 1.2, then rebooted and plugged in remote. good luck!
