ddr2 1T or 2T?

iam just wondering what i should be setting my memory timings to ..
My bios picks my corsair dominator up at. 800mhz timings of 5-5-5-18 2T with 2 x 1gb sticks default.

The site i bought them at sed 1066mhz timings of 5-5-5-15. @2.2v

Generally I plan on correcting the timings however.. Iam wondering with 2 x 1gb sticks at those timings.. should it be @ 1T?

I know that ddr1 used too run great on 1T ... ddr2 however...

Help me out.

MY SYSTEM: intel quad = Q6600, 2 x nvidia8800gtx's , EVga 680i MB , 2 x corsair dominators 1gbs , HD = WD raptor 150gbs.. Enermax Galaxy 1000w ..
 
1T if it is stable. 2T will give you a significant performance loss.

however when i activate my SLI mem and bring it to 1066mhz to which my ram supports... It doesnt work.

Iam just wondering.. Which here sounds faster..?

1000mhz timings of 4-4-4-12 2T

Or 800mhz timings of 5-5-5-15 1T ...

Then agen i can always just set my timings

800mhz 4-4-4-15 1T..

What sounds best too u .. sorry bout this just want too make sure i have optimal performance. all of these timing are stable. Iam not quit sure wether mhz matter though.. or having 1T is a bigger increase? What u think?
