Corsair releases bendable 45in oled gaming monitor

I've had both flat/curved monitors, and I cant say this is something i'd ever touch after using it once honestly. In that kinda size format its just set it and forget it.

I don't know in what scenario I'd need to consistently change the curve of my screen.. feels like Corsair might be chasing a gimmicky marketing angle here, which is certainly something Corsair loves to do

If you living alone then maybe you don't. Is movies better view curve or flat? If you have guest over then you'll want it flat.

I think the ability to adjust it might be useful since it allows the user to set it. I agree it doesn't sound like something you'd want to fiddle with all the time, but at least it allows users to set exactly how much curve they want, rather than just being at the whims of the manufacturer.

Or I could see someone maybe trying out curved vs flat before deciding. As long as the monitor is robust enough I don't see the harm in it.

Robust enough and affordable, but who am I kidding?

I wouldn’t mind trying it out. LG has a hand in development, and it’s an OLED. Sure, why not?

Looks like a solution in search of a problem. But hey, I love innovation and this could lead to something better, so I hope it succeeds.
