Installing Office 2013. Says it will take a while cause the connection is slow.

Are you using the Ookla's app to do the test? I never get a Grade rank on my web browser.

Whatever speedtest.net is, thats what I use.

Really wish Time Warner offered higher upload speeds. Need Google or Verizon to get in this market and shake things up.
