that would take a massive effort for the individuals, and so far nobody bothered that much to band together and do that.. also most people who feel scammed usually didn't invest that much so they usually let it slide... while those who are invested that much usually already deep in the delusion so they don't even feel wronged.

it's all really down to the US legal system, from what I read throughout the years, the legal dispute that some people did literally shot down by trivialities like : "oh you sued the wrong company" or that "well you accepted the EULA" etc

Personal/class action lawsuits take effort. Getting a note to the right people who can be outraged on your behalf lets those in power take it from there. Just need to make sure it's a good note with facts, figures, and what's going wrong.

The government isn't bound by an EULA. They can invalidate it for others too, or demand reparations for injured parties.

Just got a SQ42 update email, with this at the top of the list
Specifically for Squadron 42 (Sq42), AI Content revamped the ‘sleep and bed relaxation’ activity started last year

“We knew early on that, to hit the fidelity we expect for Sq42, we would need to do some R&D on bedsheet deformation. This work is currently underway and, if successful, will allow the AI to deform their sheets when entering, exiting, or sleeping inside them. This is a challenging assignment and expands the complexity of the feature. For example, what happens to the sheets if the AI needs to exit the bed in an emergency?” AI Content
Bed Sheet Deformation......good to see they are staying focused on the important stuff.

Watch the game look amazing, but have almost no story content, and just a few short missions in a 3 hour campaign...

LOL bed sheet deformation. That's classic croberts. He's making a life sim, I tell ya. Dude is making bank by making a game that will never be finished.

How much you want to bet that his end game is to sell tech to Meta and others. That the game was never the point, just a good pretext to get funding without any stock changing hands.

I had the temerity to say Star Citizen wasn't really a game yet on the comments for Jackfrags' latest YouTube video, and got put in my rightful place. Not by apologists or croberts sycophants obviously.

Seriously, I get wanting something to succeed (hell, I do too) but rabid fanaticism is scary
