My girlfriend would have preferred that I get a Model Y (don't want) or Model X (too expensive). She's still more of a CUV/SUV person though.

Have you decided on a charging solution? I updated my post above and the main debate going on in my head is regarding the Tesla Wall Connector versus using the mobile connector with a NEMA 14-50 outlet.

I realize in some areas one might say neither and just use Superchargers.

We are continuing the transition to Tesla Vision, our camera-based Autopilot system. Beginning with deliveries in May 2021, Model 3 and Model Y vehicles built for the North American market will no longer be equipped with radar. Instead, these will be the first Tesla vehicles to rely on camera vision and neural net processing to deliver Autopilot, Full-Self Driving and certain active safety features. Customers who ordered before May 2021 and are matched to a car with Tesla Vision will be notified of the change through their Tesla Accounts prior to delivery.

I don't know how I feel about this. I mean, that seems to be a very bad idea. Users on the Tesla Motors Club forum also don't have good things to say about it.

After sleeping on it I have cancelled my order. Between the above and finding out my trade in estimate was not set in stone I am just kind of turned off from the experience.
 
Yeah, still deciding on what charger to get. Odds are my next car will be an electric as well and each year we get more choice and I'm not married to Tesla. (if I could afford it and had more time I would have got a Rivian instead).

About the cameras, I'm one of those guys that doesn't really care about FSD and never saw it as a primary reason why I am getting the car (even though my brother loves it for his Model S). I'm probably one of the last drivers right now with a vehicle with no back up camera and have never used cruise control in my life.
