Look much better than the OEMs.
Are the OEMs too big and do they make the ride uncomfortable over bumps?
 
and of course the electrician who agreed to install my charger has gone AWOL.
....

I should have mentioned the reason I'm getting the car sooner than expected is likely all you Yanks are waiting on that EV tax credit for 2022...everyone down south delaying taking delivery....

I'm used to cars with larger wheels/low profile tires and sport suspensions so I don't really notice. I guess for some it could be.

As an update though, had to replace the winter wheels and tires with a size up (19"). Earlier in the week I got an email from Tire Rack that Tesla changed their rear brake assembly and it was possible that balancing weights inside the wheel could come in contact with it due to lack of clearance.

Well, they were right. The rear driver's side weights rubbed against the assembly at a certain point of rotation when I tested it. So they expedited a shipment on Monday, the set got here Tuesday, and I swapped them out on Wednesday.

Now I just need to ship the other ones back so I get a full refund. Tire Rack also updated their site to not allow 18" wheels on the 2021 M3P.

Sorry been so late...something weird has happened with my personal laptop in which chrome won't save my login just for Rage3d (work one is fine).

Still learning all the how to stuff, but definitely loving the car. Keep in mind I'm going from a 2008 Tribeca to a 2021 Tesla Model Y....I feel like Steve Rogers waking up after being frozen in ice for decades.

So far no build issues, need to get winter tires still, a bit dissapointed to learn there is no AM radio (I need to listen to live sports as I drive, and internet radio blocks many sporting events).

Electrician installed outdoor charger with no issue.
Still configuring everything and getting set up.

Maybe your AM station has a live stream? That's how I listen to Stars games when I can't watch.

Whatever you listen to may be available via TuneIn. I don't know though, I only listen to music through Spotify.
 
I love TuneIn, but they have agreements with NFL, NBA for requiring premium subscriptions for the same stations available for OTA. Anyways, a minor quibble.

Clock, do you run Sentry 24/7? Did you upgrade your USB stick where the sentry/camera data is saved to?

No, I have it set to disable itself when at home. Our security system already has a camera in the garage. No sense in draining the battery while the car is parked here.

I didnt upgrade the USB stick that came with the car as I don't really see a reason to. It's not like I am keeping an archive of footage.

So that when you send your footage to wham bam teslacam it will be nice and clear and not skippy
 
Tesla recalling 500K Model 3 vehicles. Might be worth checking if yours is affected.

Just and FYI, some of the AM channel are under the FM channel HD version 2/3/etc..

for me, Example: in Detroit, MI, 97.1 sports hd1 is the reg fm channel and 97.1 HD2 is the sister am channel 1270
