Allegedly. Looking on their site, they're still making low spec'd phones on Oreo, so they're a bit behind.

It's easy to tell who has and who hasn't spent more than 10min on a Blackberry phone. 
My wife's BB Motion is rock solid and puts my LG (had mainboard et al replaced) and my old Motorola (weird happenings) to shame.
And back on topic, these clones are probably more Chinese spyware devices just like wow-way.

...BlackBerry Key2 is made by Chinese company TCL. The OS is just Android managed by BlackBerry.
