Best dual-sim phone with the best camera ?

I have about 600 CDN... I'm a bit afraid of the Oneplus 3T size... I'm used to a Lumia 1020. Looking at other flaship, they have only single sim. I need 2 cause I'm tired of lugging 2 phones (work - iphone 5 SE, home - Lumia 1020).

I need an excellent camera... Was looking at the Pixel - only one sim. S7... only one sim.

The ZTE Axon 7 looked interesting, but I want you guys' opinions :)

I have the Axon 7, amazing phone except the camera. It uses an older samsung isocell sensor. Daytime images are great, though low light takes a dive. The Nougat update made the camera better, with a manual mode that can also go full auto (removes noise reduction)[Manual and RAW only in stock camera app at the moment(no camera2 api)], but still lacks the advanced low light processing tricks used by other manufacturers.

That being said, it's perfectly fine for your selfies, instagram food shots, and dick pics. Anyone who actually wants good looking images on a technical level should carry a dedicated camera.

Ah, you were probably the one who got my attention on the Axon, if you bought it recently. Bummer about the camera... I think I'm gonna go check the 3t spec then.
 
Finally got a 3T... absolutely love the phone. I'm gonna miss my Windows Phone :( But I'm NOT gonna miss that god aweful work Iphone.
