I usually don't make calls very often myself but receive calls everyday. That means my cell phone carrier makes very little money off of me because I have a pre-paid line and only get charged when I make calls myself or send an SMS. I don't have a data package either. Receiving calls is free as usual. If I don't make a call myself for some period of time (even though I receive calls daily), my cell phone carrier apparently thinks this is "not using your phone." Then, I receive the following SMS from them:
