ATI TV Wonder Problems on a VIA 133A Motherboard

I read somewhere that the TV video was jittery with VIA 133A chipset motherboards using a TV Wonder card. I would like to know if there are any issues with this hardware combination before I can recommend it.

I just upgraded from an aBIT BX6 to a VA6 (Apollo Pro board) and my TV Wonder is crapping out now. It consistently locks up, and gives errors. From what I've read, it also happens with other pci based Tv Cards. I'm gonna try with a Pinnacle PCTV USB version,
