Are there any free, good PHP IDE's?

Looking for a good free PHP IDE, for use with a LAMP box. Suggestions? I want to make basic webpages with some simple content, pictures and text, maybe embedded movies.

I'm a PHP noob and my HTML is so rusty is crusted over

There is also Eclipse.
