AMD 16.11.4 Hotfix -- IGNORE

This set of drivers was listed elsewhere. When installing them I got 4 POP UP errors after restarting all related to WSHELPER missing .dlls.

Reverting to the 16.11.3 Hotfix corrected the problem.
 
These drivers completely borked my Dirt 3 and Dirt Rally games. Both kept crashing and restarting to windows log-in. Uninstalled them ran DDU and on 16.11.2 both games are running fine again. I know they are oldish games but WTF?
 
Had weird shiny floors with these in the division underground. Went back to teh 11.3's and its fine. It might have just been a bad install or something of the 11.4's, but I am too lazy to reinstall them.
 
I got some weird red screen of death even at stock clock, happens randomly. Sometime after an hour sometime in a few minutes. Most notable on Fallout 4. Revert back to latest WHQL after DDU fixed the problem
