AIW Radeon TV tuner

Please help a newbie:
My setup is AMD 800, Abit KA7, Win ME, 3063 drivers DirectX 7.1 and Via 4.25.
The card is working beautifully except when I try to use the TV Tuner. When the channel autoscan begins the program freezes and I get an "error in Kernal32.DLL" message.
ATI has been useless. I have uninstalled Norton Antivirus and reinstalled each driver (ATI, VIA and multimedia center in many different orders with no success.
In addition, per ATI's instructions, I have rebnamed The ATIGART.EXE file to keep it from loading. I have disabled any 16 bit programs using msconfig and am still receiving the same error message.
Any suggestions???
 
No noticible differences. As the 3063 install was shown as the fix for similar problems on other postings I tried the TV tuner,got the kernal32.dll message again, removed the 3056 and reinstalled the 3063. Again, same message.
 
That's very odd. I wonder if WinME is the problem, because I have similar hardware to what you seem to have. The only difference is that I have Win98SE on my system instead.
 
Problem solved. I had to remove Norton Utilities 2001, reload all the drivers and Multimedia Center and now TV tuner is working fine.....very strange.
 
krzydmnd, I think the part that you are missing is the AIW in the message title. The Radeon All In Wonder has a built in TV tuner.
