AIW 9800 Pro and Asus P4B533

Hi,
I have Asus P4B533 (no onboard Video) and when I install AIW 9800 Pro my computer doesn't boot. There is nothing on the screen and the monitor led is blinking. I tried to go to asus site to update my bios but their site is down.

Is there anything I have to do to install this card?

When I boot with that card there is no beep at all from PC. I tought the PS (300W) wasn't enough so I unplug cd & dvd writer but still no luck.
