AIW 128/16 & VIA, any success?

I have a AIW 128 16 MB, and a VA-503+ FIC Motherboard with AMD K6-2 350 MHz, 128 MB RAM. I can't make the card work for capture, I can watch TV, but it hangs when i capture. I have tested new ATI drivers, and new BIOS updates, new Via AGP drivers, Via Miniport IRQ updates, and still nothing. Of course, I have "IRQ assigned to VGA" enabled :-)

Anybody has similar hardware and made them work?
