Around 6 months of this now. Not impressed.
On the bright side, after having acknowledged this and then erroneously claiming it was fixed it's now back on the list.

It is possible that it is a windows issues.. and was taken off the list because the October creative update had the fix in it, which was taken down/removed/delayed due to it's issues, which translates to the problem being back again.

Of course, it may very well be an AMD issue, but just something to think about, as not all driver issues are directly an AMD problem. Microsoft loves to screw everything up as history has dictated.

Well, the bug first appeared aroun May or June out of nowhere and is related to HDCP. If you turn it off then no problem.

And that presents another problem for me as my Dell Ultrasharp with 18.3.4 has HDCP off and working fine. When I update drivers I still can't control HDCP, and those that can in turn have content lock issues.
It's the strangest thing but the 17 or 18 or so page thread, along with a bunch not merged, is indicative of the seriousness.

So, you may be right about MS, but so far nobody on the AMD forums has reported it being fixed and I can only imagine there's both version of Win being used.
I'm still on 1803 waiting...

Only thing I noticed is that crossfire is disabled with this driver set, so the second Vega simply isn't enabled at all....
