MSI first out of the gate and it looks like the boost bug is squashed:

Finally AMD fixed this in the latest AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABBA that is going to be announced by AMD tomorrow, the MSI users already have this Beta to test and download. Here are the screenshoots and score.
