Yes indeed I did. In the year of our Lord 2021.
Purchased Beyerdynamic DT 1770 headphones earlier this week and realized the onboard "premium" audio on my Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Master wasn't cutting it.
I like listening to things loud, clear, and precise.
Test drove a new 2017 Corvette Z06 with a manual transmission today on a whim. Silver exterior with black / red interior. The seats were red. I wasn't too keen on it. Do others on here like it? It didn't do much for me, but I suppose there are some that may like that color combination.
Lets have some fun on this forum and think back to 2003.
I have a substantial number of games installed on my gaming rig (as seen in another thread here). I've been playing games I bought but never played or finished. It turns out three of the games I promised myself I would play through are...
Installed a fresh copy of Windows 8.1 on October 24th. Finished installing my entire game collection yesterday. There are only 13 games in this list that I couldn't get to run properly.
3.2TB of games installed on eight 512GB SSDs (4096GB in RAID-0) volume mounted to C:\Games\
All games are...
What's up with AMD and unofficial overclocking? Ever since upgrading to the 12.6 Betas, any overclock using unoffical overclocking with MSI Afterburner causes display corruption. You are left with only the max overclocks that AMD provides. Here's Unwinder (author of Afterburner) take on the...
Boy is it ever horrible. The game is literally unplayable it's so bad. You move the mouse around and it's a stutter fest. I tried creating a custom profile for "rage.exe" to disable CrossFire support though the drivers, but no matter what I set through the profile the game doesn't use it. It...
The sky is supposed to be light blue with white clouds and a bit of an HDR effect to add a slight glow to it. See in this video:

I recently purchased three 7970s and use the latest driver for them off of AMDs site here...
I stumbled upon this fix by trial and error. All I had to do is set compatibility mode for the RFG.exe to Windows XP SP3. Started up a game and the flashing was gone. CrossFire is working great and all DX10 features are available.
The included atiapfxx.exe utility is broken and does nothing. I cannot read the file to edit the crossfire profiles. Is there currently a way to add custom profiles or edit this file?
I've been thinking... If the GTX 480 turns out to be just as fast as a regular 5870 with a $200 price premium, then I'd be more inclined to get the 2GB Asus 5870 Matrix. I haven't heard anything new about the card since Feb. 12th. Anyone know when the card will be out?
I'm making this post simply because I was frustrated at the lack of documentation for x1900xt overclocking using the newest beta of Ati Tool. The only way I solved this mystery was by gaining bits of information from many threads. I'll put everything I know here for anyone who is also...
I originally posted this in the Radeon troubleshooting section, but this problem seems to stem from the new 6.2 drivers.
I downloaded the two X1800 demos, Assassin and Toy Shop. They installed fine, but when I run them I get the following error message:

I have Cat 6.2 installed along with DirectX 9.0C. What gives?
