Windows 10 Settings bugs

I found a few issues with windows 10. The setting "Select which icons appear on taskbar" crashes systemsettings.exe. However, if instead I open the start menu, click on "Settings", choose "System", then "Notifications & Actions", and finally click on "Select which icons...", the dialog opens correctly, and there is no crash. Do any of you guy have this issue too?
This kind of bug shouldn't exist in the final build where's the QC?:bleh:
At least I'm not alone in this.

The other setting bug or broken function is the syncing setting to One Driving.
I don't see any device list in the Device back up. I had a sync with Win 8.1 but I deleted that. I don't this feature ever worked since the upgrade. Now I'm using it on a clean install.

In the Microsoft-Windows-SettingSync/Operational log I get these errors.
Event 5019
Local create for collection windows-onedrivesettings failed. (Result: 0x80070057)

Event 5401, SettingSync
Failed to open metadata store C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\SettingSync\metastore\. (Result: 0x8E5E043B)

Event 5001, SettingSync
Local create for collection packagestate-microsoft.windows.cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy-0 failed. (Result: 0x80070020)

Event 5717, SettingSync
Activation of PDC failed. (Result: 0x80070057)

No crashes here going both ways.

I have all icons set to show not sure about you. This is with an upgrade to Win 10 from 8.1 and using classic shell if that has any bearing.

It's happened to me before too, the settings window was open already, it went blank and closed. Had to use another method to get into settings as it wouldn't open.
