Windows 10 1803

updated to 1809, 3 computer did just fine . My main machine with logitech gaming software installed went legs up for a while...

Seems logitech may have ignored some MS security stuff and now core protection is on by default certain logitech devices may break LGS with lcore bad image errors.
So my g510s LCD is nonfunctional until Logitech fix it, even though they seem to have just updated the software installer. :(

Task manager is showing properly here. Currently watching TWD on Chrome it's reporting 6% cpu 689 megs of ram 19% gpu0 video decode
Also showing 5 UWP process groups as suspended for performance showing 10% cpu 27%ram 8% network 19% gpu usage systemwide
 
Well, My home server 9 year old x58 platform with my xeon processor updated no issues. My new AMD 2700x with asus x470 platform won't let me. (not showing up in the updater). go figure.

edit: It won't update thru window update, but it is updating using windows update tool.. Microsoft at it's finest.

I dual boot spend half my time in Linux, no big deal if Windows upgrade goes sideways. :p
 
I just realized that the thread topic is incorrect, as it should say Windows 10 1809, not 1803. Might want to get that changed so other's don't confuse it with last April creator's update.

Because our rigs aren't broken hunks of **** with default settings that break when the maid bumps into them.

We run well oiled machines that are bent to our wills so no need to fear the reaper.

Also you'll have to bite the bullet sooner or later KAC-chan cause it comes with the new fangled DirectX that enables raytracing. We all know you're gonna get peer pressured into getting an RTX card sooner or later you might as well convert now.
