This sound has been coming out of this dam crapper pipe now for a week randomly, lasted several mins. tonight to give me a chance to record it and send it to the HOA so I dont have to screw around hoping it happens when they are here. Its not the crapper fill valve either, already changed it. I'm guessing after 17 1/2 years of living here my water pressure has changed and now I'm going to have to get a pressure regulator put in, That's my best guess at least. Any experts out there?

2. Humming
When your water pressure is too high for the system's capacity, it can leave your pipes vibrating. This vibration may result in a humming noise, especially when the water is running.
Overly high water pressure can occur in any home, but is particularly common in homes that rely on well water. If you have a well, check the pressure at the tank. Generally, this setting should be no higher than 55 pounds per square inch.
If you do not have access to a reading of your water pressure, have a professional test the pressure and make adjustments to eliminate any humming noises.
Low grade water hammer? Maybe a more significant one elsewhere in the system that's just sort of reverberating through to you?
While there seem to be certain poorly done junctions that can generate this, as I understand it, part of the problem is just that the pipes aren't held down all the way - a little play means a little vibration can amplify.
If you touch it, does it stop? If not, then it's probably being generated elsewhere and needs to be restrained.
If you get an air bubble in the pipes you can get a hammewring sound. Not sure the best way to bleed it.
Ok... just listened to your audio file... not the sound I was expecting (kinda a loud rattle/jackhammer kinda sound.) You have the humming, which is a new one on me.
