Steam Purchase Problems

Anybody else having problems with Steam purchases?

Since yesterday evening every attempt I've made has failed. Tried both through Steam itself and the web store. Two different titles and different payment options.

Everytime it fails and I can't try again until I get an email from Steam Support about an hour later.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. You can speed it up by going into Steam Support, select the game, click on the receipt link and then select cancel.

The second time I put the purchase through it worked.

Thanks for the input. I've managed to get my sale through but it took 24 hours.


It seems Steam might do well to have some kind of status indicator themselves.
