Shadows of the Empire

I need some help here... I'm sure this gets requested a lot, but does anybody have a solution to make LucasArts's "Shadows of the Empire" work correctly with the Rage 128?

I've tried using a Glide wrapper, specifically XGL200, but that doesn't seem to work. Any advice, guys?
 
Go to the D3D Tab of display properties and and chose 16bits Z-buffer : many games don't support 32 bits Z-buffer !
