RX 5700 XT vs 2060 Super: 6 months later.

AH! no no no no, it doesn't suck. You just have to weigh what you want.

- If you want RT, now or later, then go with a 2060 Super. As you can at least turn it on regardless of the performance of RT.

- If your not concerned about RT then go 5700XT. Zero RayTracing, but it's the faster card overall.

Fair enough, we can agree on that. :)

well ive got a 2080 and tbh ray tracing isnt useable to me without a large reduction in every other image quality setting and console like frame rates

While i cant comment on dlss 2.0 yet, 1.0 was/still is absolutely useless to me.

I would have to borrow control for "research" purposes

I think Metro Exodus will play very well with DLSS 1.0 and you can spend $15 on Deliver us the Moon and check out DLSS 2.0.

Deliver us the moon will be on Xbox Game Pass soon. Youngblood is already on there so might be cool to check DLSS 2.0 if you have the tech.

If you have Xbox gamepass you can download Wolfenstein Youngblood.

Also, Deliver Us the Moon is a game worth getting just for the storyline. Ray tracing makes it even more fantastic and DLSS 2.0 makes it playable without loss of IQ. It's about $20 on steam but every now and then a sale will popup.
