rig shuts down in win10

4 times on exiting battles in Armored Warfare ans once so far in Naval Action that's what happens, an complete shutdown both games run normally otherwise. anything to be done about this? this never happened with 7. thx

What do you mean? The PC didn't crash but initiated the shutdown process?

yup, just shutdown as tho I went thru the start menu

Do you see the "Windows Shutting Down" screen? Or does the screen just go black?

Sounds similar to symptoms I was having before my PSU failed.

went black and had to restart using pwr button. I doubt it's a heat issue as this didn't happen with 7. so far it has happened but once in NA

What happen if you plug something in the USB? If the PC is running it'll make the USB plug in sound.

If your sound is still working then I think maybe it's a GPU problem.
If the sound is in a loop then the PC crashed. Try the USB thing if you get it again. Sometime if the PC is responsive with a black screen I can use the keyboard to sign off.
