Well unless they arent listing bugs they have really cleaned up the drivers where there is so little left to fix...

Now for the features.

Yeah, the release notes aren't worth much on these I think. The most important part was probably to write in the new GPUs to the inf's.

Reddit lists some issues with CP2077 with the last 2 drivers...

The Issue
Ever since the release of Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 21.12.1 some graphical issues were introduced on AMD's Polaris and VEGA based graphics cards for Cyberpunk 2077. At the time of writing this, the issue still persists on the latest set of drivers Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 22.1.2. The lighting is completely broken in some places (specially indoors) that makes the game somewhat unplayable.

Previous driver releases like the Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 21.11.3 do not seem to have this issue.

This issue does not apply to you if you're using AMD's RDNA based (RX 5000/RX 6000) graphics cards.

AMD was quick to respond tho and they are looking into it.

Well, AMD seems to be so happy with these drivers that they actially WHQL-certified them!
