It’s open case. Exhaust works better as pulling air in from the back (pc against a wall) does nothing. I just need air dissipated out of the area so except bottom everything is exhaust. In a closed case yes it should be intake at the back.

I'm still waiting on a window vent panel to arrive. But until then, the setup's largely complete. Now to just add some decoration.

The back wall I think I'm going to take all the shelving down and paint a dark gray or near black color to give the room a bit more personality.

Nice (expensive) rig.

How quiet it is under heavy gaming?

It's always subjective. It's much quieter compared to when I had a 12900K and 3090. The 3090 Ti that replaced the 3090 was a bit quieter. This new 4090 is much quieter. The 7950X uses a lot less power compared to the 12900KS so I keep fan RPM low on the new 420mm AIO. It has a lot of surface area to dissipate heat.

Here are my 3 computers. One is my HTPC and the other two are the wifes and mine desktop. Specs are below...

Did you install the 3x 8TB in the 3 onboard m.2 slots? Is the heat-sink enough to keep the drives from throttling? I see you have the gen z.2 installed. Is the 3rd PCI-e card the PCI-e 5.0 m.2 add-on card?

The 1TB Rocket 4 is on the motherboard M.2_1. Two 8TB Rocket Qs on the GEN-Z.2 card. The 3rd 8TB Rocket Q in an M.2 to PCI-E 4X slot adapter with heatsink in the bottom 4X slot.

Did all that so I can retain 16X PCI-E 4.0 for the 4090.

Looks very clean. Will see if I can order. Will this work with EVGA PSU?

My system with the thicc boi…

No idea if it will work with EVGA PSU. I've read the 24 pin outs can be different across PSU's but not sure if that applies to pcie cables as well.

All cables have to be matched to PSU/model. If you mismatch, you could very easily short out the entire PC/PSU/component as the pin-outs are different across models.

demo is that the Enthoo 719?
