Please detail any 5.7.1 upgrade issues here

Its faster most times at least for page switching, posting seems still a chore sometimes, but then it dies for a bit with timeouts... hope it eventually sticks.
 
I'm still getting massive error messages at the top of every page, but at least I can actually access the site now (which I hadn't been able to do for at least 2-3 weeks):

As for performance, page loads are still taking over 1s, but it doesn't look to be explicit database accesses any more. Though your jQuery stuff may still be trying to read the databases. Queries at least seems asynchronous now.

Like Talon said, I sometimes see the following. But it's not all the time for me. Pretty funny that it appeared while browsing this thread though.

getting the same here (in this topic). Also getting timeouts VERY frequent lately.

Getting tired of this really fast, up to the point where i really consider staying away completely.
 
The top line errors are becoming super annoying. Half the time you click on notification it just craps itself.
 
It seems most threads created by me have this error. Examples are last movie and RE4 remake.

Nice job on the speed up guys. ~1 second end to end. Now, you could make it extra speedy if you tried. But this is no longer painful to browse.

This is the only thread that shows me those top-line errors that everyone is talking about though.

EDIT: posting is still painful though.
 
Can we just roll back the entire upgrade and go to the original software, even if we lose a bunch of posts please?

Unfortunately not an option.

Right now we need a person familiar with vBulletin 5.7.1 that can help us refine the forum and fix related issues to it and it's database. If anyone is aware of such a person, please let me know we are actively looking for help in getting the forum smoothed out further. So please PM me if you can put me in contact.
 
For the first time in many months, I'm not getting DB errors on every page, if it'd load at all; finally, Rage is working normally again, so far.

To Lup and whoever else got this fixed, THANK YOU! I've felt bad about being pretty much nonexistent on the forum for pretty much the bulk of this year, but it was just so damn bad and unusable when I could access the forums.
