Hyperlinks being stolen

You sure it's not something affecting your browser? All links point to amazon for me, I even logged out and used a second browser and everything was good.

I didn't think about it, personally. But I'm on a pretty locked down work PC. viewed with chrome.

The link loads amazon, but then redirects to walmart.com or staples.com.

Its also only on the linked ones behind the text. Same exact links, the other ones work fine... Odd.

EDIT*** Does it on my phone, and another PC at work. Maybe it's a chrome issue?

CP is right. I'm seeing the same thing. When I click the clearly Amazon links, it starts going to Amazon, but then ends up on Walmart & Staples.

It looks like it's http://redirect.viglink.com

Viglink is capturing the Amazon links, then redirecting to a product search on other websites (in this case Walmart & Staples).

You are right, if you right click the hyperlink text and paste to searchbar it's grabbing this.

That would make sense, vaglinks get pi-holed on my network so I get nothing. Pretty skeevy as it's basically link jacking, double skeevy as they apply it to alt texted links to hide itself from casual users. I know the site needs to make revenue but vaglink is the wrong way to do it.

I can't imagine that being legal, can it? Kinda going off topic, but curious.
