8rda+ problem in device manager

Setting up my new system. In the Device Manager, I have 3 listings for "motherboard resources" and one of them has a warning sign on it. Properties for it say unable to load driver because of a duplicate device already loaded. If I delete the device and restart, it's gone. But then if I restart again, it's back. Any ideas? I prefer an exclamation point free Device Manager. :)
 
i had that too! but now its gone, i got new drivers and stuff and after i rma'd the first one, it went away

actually it cause by using two usb device such as keyboard and mouse together!!!this happend to every nf2 chipset/
