Top Gear - Discussion

YES ! Finally !

I wonder if they'll talk about the Veyron that fell in the lake when they do the news.

Right. That's a pretty strong argument you got there ;)

Anybody watched the season 1 recently ? It's amazing to see how empty the set is compared to now.

Jeremy actually asked some guy to help him with showing the Zonda engine, ater which he started the car and reved the engine a bit. During the first episode.

Yah, it really picked up around series 6 with the more outrageous stuff.

I have since downloaded all the episodes, but I do know that it is broadcast on BBC America (I don't have cable TV, though). However, one that thing that I wondered about was the fact that these eps often run the full length of an hour or even slightly over and from what I remember (and I may be wrong), but I believe BBC America has commercial breaks, so I always wondered what they cut from the US broadcasts.

It's definitely one of the best shows on TV, though and it is never a let down. It's just a shame that the US has to wait quite a bit to get new episodes.

I still haven't checked out Top Gear: Australia because I just don't think I'd like it without Clarkson, Hammond, and May. However, I plan on downloading the ep in about 4 hours so I can watch it with dinner :)
