![]() Our newly enjoyed puppy decided to make the new leather couch a chew toy today. How much can I expect a small repair (about 2in x 3in hole) cost to have professionally repaired?

If you want to have it looking almost as good as new then I'm afraid probably quite a lot. If you're lucky and it's stitched in several panels then they may be able to remove one complete panel with a very close match, otherwise if it's a whole section then you're boned. Been there, spent £100 ![]() |

I took the long-term warranty because I knew there was an issue with the handles for the recliners. Changed them twice + a new couch for the tissue rip.

![]() Check the warranty first and see what you are covered for and just say it was something else ![]() |

![]() I cant help but think of auto body work. If it's a generic brown and easy to match then just 'slap' a new one in. If it isnt matchable then it could need a custom dyed piece made. And cloth items are built in a specific order. Half or more of it may need to be takin apart to insert the new.

![]() Well it's on the top part of the cushion, basically where your upper back legs go. And I don't think I could claim it wasn't a dog, or something of the sorts because she also got to the foam padding under neath too. So it'd be fairly obvious. I will check the warranty tonight though. Couch is black btw.

![]() They will want to replace the whole piece. A little rip or puncture is fixable. Something like that they'll replace the damage piece as a whole. If not under warranty, it's expensive to have it done right. My last incident they wouldn't touch because it was a high stress area even though my kid put a hole in it with scissors. It's in between the cushions. Here is my repair: ![]() ![]()
